Korang sakit2 kepala tak...esp di bulan Ramadhan..iols kan mmg tgh sakit kepala...dari pagi..err maybe no meal masa sahur kot coz iols tak ada mood ok nak sahur sorang2...**alasannnnn keh keh**...and now kesakitan teramat sgt..kemengantukan teramat sangat pon yer jugak neh isk isk..

Durban.. antara sebab2 sakit kepala esp di bulan Ramadhan adalah seperti berikut :
Caffeine and tobacco-withdrawal, too much exercise, lack of sleep, hunger,
usually occur during the day and worsen towards the evening. When associated
with "low blood pressure", the headache can be quite severe and can also cause
nausea before Iftar.
and to avoid this..katanya :
Cut down caffeine and tobacco slowly starting a week or two before Ramadhan.
Herbal and caffeine-free teas may be substituted. Reorganise your schedule
during Ramadan in order to have adequate sleep.
so to all yg selalu sakit2 kepala time bulan puasa..jum try this remedy..who knows it works kan..tp iols tau some of us yg addict to coffee or nescafe, mesti nak minum jugak kan lepas berbuka...kan kan..
apa2 pon selamat menjalani ibadah puasa yer...**senyum**
