"White blood cell count (leukocyte count): The number of white blood cells (WBCs) in the blood. The WBC is usually measured as part of the CBC (complete blood count). White blood cells are the infection-fighting cells in the blood and are distinct from the red (oxygen-carrying) blood cells known as erythrocytes. There are different types of white blood cells, including neutrophils (polymorphonuclear leukocytes; PMNs), band cells (slightly immature neutrophils), T-type lymphocytes (T cells), B-type lymphocytes (B cells), monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils. All the types of white blood cells are reflected in the white blood cell count. The normal range for the white blood cell count varies between laboratories but is usually between 4,300 and 10,800 cells per cubic millimeter of blood. hurm...me tak sihat semlm..ekceli bukan semlm je..dah a week...asik makan panadol je bila badan mula rasa panas...demam..pening kepala..and sakit perut memulas mcm nak pecah rasanya..so after work balik rumah baring je tahan sakit...and at night p hospital selayang..[ kali ni kena p kinik kerajaan...used the govt facilities la pulak after 12 tahun dok bayar income tax kekekekeke...]
mmg ramai org kat hospital selayang...after 1 hour being referred to bilik rawatan tuk those yang demam..lepas doktor check n tanya memacam...then kena amik air kencing and amik darah for a test..and the result..
- my air kencing kotor..ada darah skit..
- my blood test lak..my darah putih nya cell count is 17 which the normal is 4...and doktor kata darah dah masuk kuman...
so me tanya doktor...cemana nak buat..and doktor kata makan antibiotik je..it will back to normal..and my sakit perut pon makan ubat je tuk tahan sakit and for air kencing kotor lak..sama la..antibiotik tuk normal kan dia...hmm..just that ek...so knowing that am at govt hospital..so i follow je la the advise..and was thinking kalau p private hospital sure depa dah buat further check up kot..u have the $$ that shouldnt be any problem kan kan kan..
hurm...to those who have info abt this..will the antibiotics helps to reduce my white blood counts in my body???
